Job summary

Smile Doctors Kansas City is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician II to join our growing team across Raymore, Raytown, and Kansas City locations. You will assist with placing braces, take records, and help manage patient flow under the supervision of an Orthodontist.

You will educate patients on care and remote monitoring, perform lab work, and ensure infection control. Competitive salary and benefits support a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year orthodontic experience or six months as Smile Doctors Orthodontic Clinician IDental Assistant; certification if required by state.
• Radiography certification if required by state.
• CPR certification if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances and taking full records under supervision.
• Maintain schedule and patient flow with accurate procedures.
• Review patient charts, log data and transcribe notes.
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision of an Orthodontist.
• Assist with remote monitoring dashboard including triage of scans and messages.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment and operatory.
• Support local store marketing and community events.
