Job summary

Olsen Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician I to join our Fayetteville team. You’ll assist with placing and removing appliances under supervision, review charts, and help with lab work, while educating patients on care and remote monitoring. Maintaining sterile operatory practices and infection control is essential.

You’ll triage patient messages, review scans, and support a fast-paced schedule under the Orthodontist’s direction, contributing to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Dental Assistant certification may be required by state boards.
• Radiography certification if required by state boards.
• CPR certification if required by state boards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances under close supervision.
• Review patient charts, log data and transcribe notes.
• Perform laboratory procedures under close supervision.
• Review remote monitoring dashboard, triage scans and patient messages.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment and operatory per protocols.
• Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols.
