Job summary

Temple University's Kornberg School of Dentistry is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee clinical operations and staff coordination within the dental clinics. The role focuses on optimizing patient flow, treatment planning support, and interdepartmental communication.

The coordinator will also supervise front desk activities, assist with billing and insurance verification, and ensure accurate recordkeeping using the clinic's electronic systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years related experience or dental assistant training/certificate.
• Pennsylvania radiology certification is required and CPR certification.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and manage scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
• Coordinate patient care, address concerns, and liaise with families and clinicians.
• Review treatment plans and financial records; prepare weekly clinic reports.
• Handle front desk duties and maintain patient records and billing functions.
• Order supplies and ensure efficient use of resources.
