Job summary

State University of New York at Buffalo’s School of Dental Medicine seeks an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to support the implant center’s administrative, patient care and workflow needs. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for the orthodontic clinic with faculty, residents, dental staff and patients.
• Coordinate treatment starts and support patient progression through all phases of care.
• Monitor patient records and workflows to address delays or barriers to care.
• Educate patients and facilitate consultations, referrals, records management and documentation for progression.
• Support workflow standardization and process-improvement initiatives to enhance clinic efficiency and patient experience.
• Assist leadership in monitoring operational performance, patient volume and scheduling efficiency.
