Charleston Orthodontics is seeking a Practice Director to lead the Charleston and Mt. Pleasant clinics. The role oversees daily operations, drives growth, monitors profitability, and enhances patient experience.

You’ll partner with the Doctor to cultivate a positive clinical culture and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires 2 years of supervisory experience (internal) or clinic leadership experience (external), with orthodontic or dental background preferred; a high

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience for external candidates; clinic experience required for internal candidates.
• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred for external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations with doctor support, including people management and scheduling.
• Drive growth, profitability, and patient experience; manage P&L to monthly goals.
• Participate in local marketing efforts and build relationships in the dental community.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and state dental board regulations.
• Cover clinic roles as needed to meet business demands.
