Charleston Orthodontics in Charleston and Mt. Pleasant, SC is seeking a Practice Director to oversee clinic operations with support from the Doctor, including people management, growth, profitability and patient experience.

You’ll partner with the Doctor to cultivate a positive clinical culture, lead by example, ensure training on new tools and initiatives, monitor P&L to hit monthly goals, and engage with the local dental community to strengthen market presence.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinic operations with the Doctor, including people management and patient experience.
• Partner with the Doctor to create a positive clinical culture reflecting excellence and care.
• Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a positive demeanor.
• Ensure the office adopts new tools, protocols and initiatives.
• Understand and monitor P&L to achieve monthly goals.
• Build relationships within the local dental community and participate in marketing.
• Manage controllable costs including labor hours and supplies.
• Serve as a liaison on schedules, priorities and performance; handle escalations.
• Cover clinic roles when business demands; ensure OSHA/HIPAA/state board compliance.
