Job summary

Bronsky Orthodontics NYC is seeking a dedicated orthodontic chairside assistant to support doctors through patient treatment from start to finish, ensuring efficient patient flow and a harmonious clinical environment. You will help maintain a positive patient experience and assist with a variety of orthodontic procedures.

Responsibilities include preparing electronic chart entries, taking records with Itero, sterilization and stocking, and delivering clear treatment instructions.

Qualifications

• 3 years orthodontic chairside experience.
• CPR certification.
• COA license or in process to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor through orthodontic procedures with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain proactive patient flow and a harmonious clinical environment.
• Prepare electronic chart entries with visit details and next steps.
• Explain treatment instructions clearly and dispense oral hygiene supplies as needed.
• Take patient records with high fidelity and scan using Itero.
• Sterilize and stock chairs, instruments, burs, and consumables.
• Manage inventory and assist with patient direction to stay on time.
• Support growth modification and aligner/fixed appliance procedures.
