DENTAL ADMINISTRATORS INC in Los Angeles is seeking an Orthodontic Chairside Assistant to support patient care and orthodontic procedures. You will focus on delivering compassionate patient service, managing flow, and assisting in treatment planning with the orthodontist and treatment coordinator.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms, sterilizing instruments, explaining treatment plans, and ensuring a smooth patient journey from first visit to follow-up.

• Continuously engage and work with patients seeking advanced cosmetic dentistry
• Prepare treatment rooms, open bay chairs, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment
• Ensure exceptional patient experience and office efficiency.
• Follow the Orthodontist’s instructions and adhere to the Orthodontist’s directives.
• Make care calls to all patients, answer initial questions, set and manage expectations for the first visit
• Proactively receive patients on their first visit and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the visit
• Assist Orthodontists and Treatment Coordinator in explaining patient's treatment plans as needed
• Ensure effective communication with Associate Doctors and Teams.
• Ability to operate X-Ray equipment safely and effectively.
• Utilize advanced technologies such as 3D scanners for treatment planning and patient education
• Performs miscellaneous job-related as assigned
