Job summary

Southern Orthodontic Partners is hiring an Orthodontic Assistant / Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced orthodontic practice. This full-time role focuses on chairside assisting, patient education, and teamwork to deliver excellent patient experiences.

Responsibilities include assisting orthodontists, taking X-rays and photos, preparing treatment rooms, and maintaining accurate records in EMR. We welcome candidates with 1–2 years of experience and RDA/CDA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or Orthodontic Assistant (preferred).
• RDA or CDA certification (preferred).
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.

• Place, adjust, and remove braces, brackets, and bands (as directed).
• Take X-rays, scans, impressions, and patient progress photos.

• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR.
• Coordinate with clinical and front office teams; cross-train as needed.

We are hiring an Orthodontic Assistant / Dental Assistant to join our growing orthodontic practice. This is a full-time dental assisting position ideal for someone who enjoys chairside assisting, patient education, and working in a fast-paced orthodontic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist orthodontists chairside during procedures

Requirements
