Job Details

We are looking for an Orthodontic Assistant to join our team in Raleigh, NC. Smile Doctors operates the largest national network of orthodontic clinics across more than 20 states, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusting rapport with patients to ensure an excellent patient experience
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring use
• Assist in patient care, including placing/removing orthodontic appliances and taking records (panos, cephs, 3-D scans)
• Maintain patient charts and transcribe doctor notes accurately
• Perform laboratory procedures
• Manage the remote monitoring dashboard
• Keep chairs stocked, organized, and sterilize equipment
• Assist in local store marketing and community events

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Orthodontic experience
• North Carolina Registered Dental Assistant Certification/License
• North Carolina Radiography Certification
• CPR certification
