Responsibilities

• Perform sterilization procedures in accordance with OSHA and established clinical guidelines.
• Prepare precise tray setups for orthodontic procedures.
• Obtain diagnostic records including X-rays, intra‑oral scans, photos, and impressions.
• Provide direct chairside assistance under supervision of the orthodontist.
• Accurately enter clinical notes in patient records.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment instructions.
• Fabricate Essix retainers and complete basic lab duties.
• Prepare and document lab cases to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain operatory cleanliness and clinical readiness at all times.

Dental Assistant (Full‑Time)

We are hiring a Full‑Time Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our high‑performing clinical team. This fast‑paced orthodontic environment values precision, organization, and accountability. You will work directly alongside orthodontists, support clinical efficiency, and help deliver safe, high‑quality patient care. Work Schedule

We operate in a patient‑centered model. Many patients are children and working adults, so peak demand occurs after school, after work, and on some Saturdays. Local travel between offices may be required.

Compensation

Pay range starting at $22.00 per hour. Final offer determined by experience, qualifications, license.
