Pay & Incentives

• Starting at $18+/hour, depending on experience

About the Orthodontic Dental Assistant Role

As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant, you will assist with braces, Invisalign, adjustments, and other orthodontic procedures while helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities

• Assist with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures
• Prepare rooms and set up for orthodontic appointments
• Support charting, records, and treatment documentation
• Help patients feel comfortable during visits
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control standards
• Support the doctor and orthodontic team throughout the day
• Help keep patient flow running smoothly
• Create a positive and professional patient experience

Qualifications

• Orthodontic assisting experience is required
• Comfortable assisting with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures
