D4C Dental is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant / Orthodontic Assistant to join a busy team in Texas. The role involves assisting with orthodontic treatments, taking records and X-rays, and educating patients, all while maintaining infection control and an efficient patient flow.
The ideal candidate has an active RDA credential and orthodontic experience is strongly preferred; bilingual skills are a plus. Travel to the New Braunfels location is required one day each week.

This position offers a four-day workweek and the opportunity to work closely with patients throughout their orthodontic treatment. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable traveling one day each week to support our New Braunfels location.
Full-Time - Approximately 34 Hours Per Week
7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Four-day workweek with a rotating schedule:
Schedule will be based on the rotating office schedule.
The Orthodontic Assistant will work closely with the orthodontic team to provide efficient, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities may include preparing treatment rooms, assisting during orthodontic procedures, taking necessary records and X-rays as permitted, sterilizing instruments, maintaining infection-control standards, educating patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care, documenting treatment, and helping the clinical team maintain an efficient patient flow.
Because this is a busy practice, candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent patient care and attention to detail.
Candidates must have an active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential.
Orthodontic experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, be dependable and flexible, work well as part of a team, and be comfortable traveling to New Braunfels each Tuesday.
Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
