Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our state-of-the-art practice. You will perform bonding, impressions, iTero scanning, and assist with Invisalign and 6 Month Smiles while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Expect to support chairside procedures, operate dental software, and uphold strict infection control in a fast-paced team environment. A valid state DA certification, at least 1 year orthodontic experience, and X-ray/CPR/BLS

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant certification (in the state you are applying to).
• Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic experience.
• X-Ray Certification.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.
• Preferred: Expanded Duty Dental Assistant and/or Nitrous & Coronal Polishing certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform orthodontic procedures, including bonding, tie bands, and braces
• Take impressions and operate iTero scanning systems

• Set up, break down, and maintain treatment areas, including sterilization and biohazard disposal
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and required clinical reporting

Schedule

2 Fridays a Month: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
