Job summary

D4C Dental is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant / Orthodontic Assistant to join a busy team in Texas. The role involves assisting with orthodontic treatments, taking records and X-rays, and educating patients, all while maintaining infection control and an efficient patient flow.

The ideal candidate has an active RDA credential and orthodontic experience is strongly preferred; bilingual skills are a plus. Travel to the New Braunfels location is required one day each week.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential.
• Orthodontic experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.
• Willing to travel to New Braunfels each Tuesday.

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontist during procedures and prepare treatment rooms.
• Take records and X-rays as permitted and maintain infection control.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care.
• Document treatment and support efficient patient flow.
