Job summary

Forrest Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll help deliver a positive clinical experience while following our policies under supervision of an orthodontist.

You’ll place and remove appliances, bond brackets, manage patient flow, sterilize equipment, assist in lab work, monitor remote patient data, educate patients, and participate in community events. The role offers competitive salary, benefits, and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience as Orthodontic Clinician II preferred.
• Dental Assistant certification per state requirements; radiography if required.
• CPR certification if required by state Dental Board.

Responsibilities

• Place and remove orthodontic appliances and bonds brackets.
• Review patient charts and transcribe notes under supervision.
• Perform laboratory procedures and final checks on patients.
• Manage patient flow and triage remote monitoring data.
• Sterilize equipment and maintain infection-control protocols.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
