Job summary

McReath Orthodontics in Baraboo, WI is hiring an Orthodontic Clinician I to join our growing team. You will deliver a positive clinical experience while following state dental laws and our policies under the supervision of an Orthodontist.

Responsibilities include assisting in placing and removing appliances, reviewing charts, handling remote monitoring triage, educating patients, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Dental Assistant certification if required by state.
• Radiography certification if required by state.
• CPR certification if required by state.
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances under close supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Review patient charts, log data and transcribe doctor notes.
• Perform laboratory procedures under close supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Review remote monitoring dashboard, triage patient scans and respond to messages.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment and operatory following infection-control policies.
