Job summary

Grinz Orthodontics, part of the Smile Doctors family, seeks an Orthodontic Clinician I in Asheboro, NC. You will deliver positive clinical experiences while following policies and state dental laws under supervision of an Orthodontist.

You’ll assist with appliances, manage patient data, educate patients, and maintain sterile, compliant operatory environments daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dental assistant certification if required by state.
• Radiography certification if required by state.
• CPR certification if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances under supervision.
• Review patient charts and transcribe doctor notes.
• Review remote monitoring dashboard and triage patient scans.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment and operatory.
• Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols.
