Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist’s 6 North Ortho-Urology unit in High Point seeks an experienced RN to provide comprehensive patient care for adults 18+. The role emphasizes the nursing process, safety, and quality care in a 36-bed surgical unit.

You will collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and NAs to deliver evidence-based care, coordinate treatments, and contribute to positive patient outcomes across shifts, including weekends. Strong clinical judgment and compassionate communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Greater than 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the practicing state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to create a safe patient environment and excellent patient experience.
