MercyOne is seeking an Acute Care RN for the Ortho Trauma floor, 5 North, with day, night and part-time options. The role emphasizes safe, compassionate care across acuity levels, coordinating with the care team and supporting patients and families.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (required)
• Current Iowa RN license (required)
• American Heart Association BLS (required)
• ACLS required for units with telemetry monitoring
• Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months of hire
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team
• Support patients and families throughout their care journey
