Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in South Carolina.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience in the past five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with patients, families, and health care team to determine priorities and treatments.
• Initiates and facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration to improve outcomes.
• Performs nursing interventions with appropriate assistance to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Participates in hourly rounding and bedside shift reports.
• Demonstrates competency with new equipment and procedures.
• Provides clinical guidance to students and ancillary staff.
• Completes orientation programs and pursues professional growth.
• Adheres to regulatory requirements and standards of care.
• Contributes to policy development for specialized patient populations and unit practices.
• Serves on unit committees and prioritizes care for assigned patients.
