Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our collaborative healthcare team for a full-time night shift. You will deliver high-quality patient care in a homecare setting, focusing on safety, compassion, and confidentiality.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, advocate for patients and families, collaborate with care teams, and participate in performance improvement initiatives. A valid RN license and BLS are required; ADN or BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree required; BLS certification.
• RN license (single or multi-state) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
