Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia. The role involves working with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and to provide a supportive environment for patients and families.

The RN will participate in performance improvement, maintain licensure, complete required training, and support Shared Governance. Sign-on bonus is available and 36 hours per week across 3/12 shifts.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license (RN) in good standing.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and coordinate patient care plans with the care team.
• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring safety, confidentiality and quality of care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional standards.
