Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and direct patient care on assigned unit with age-appropriate adjustments.
• Record vital signs, intake/output and patient data per policy.
• Assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, stocked environment and proper infection control.
• Participate in mandatory training and safety initiatives.
