Qualifications

• APRNs, RNs with leadership experience are preferred for supervision.
• Licensing: Iowa RN license; ACLS and BLS likely required.
• NVCI training within 6 months of hire is expected.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise colleagues and assist manager with staffing, interviewing and coaching.
• Provide direct patient care for high-risk, critically acute patients when needed.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds and ensure safe, effective care delivery.
