Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient-centered care through the nursing process.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR and code team activities.
• Provide patient and family education on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment to support patient safety.
• Promote infection control and safety standards.
