Barnes Jewish West County Hospital is a state-of-the-art facility that opened in November 2019. We seek Registered Nurses to join our learning and growing team.

Located in Creve Coeur, MO, Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital’s 2100 Inpatient Unit manages Orthopedic, Spine, Urological, and Plastic Surgery patients. We focus on providing an exceptional post-operative experience for safe discharge.

Overview

The hospital offers specialized surgical and medical services in an environment designed for patient comfort, featuring private rooms, multiple operating rooms, and ICU rooms. The campus includes a park-like setting with landscaping and walking paths.

Med/Surg 2 unit handles various post-surgical conditions, with advanced training provided to maintain high nurse performance. The unit collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including case managers, social workers, therapists, dietitians, pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and technicians to ensure quality care.

Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

• Develop, implement, and document care plans with team collaboration and communication across care continuum.
