Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology procedures across departments. The role requires BLS, ARRT registration, and an IEMA radiologic technologist license where applicable, plus an Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology and a related certificate.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days
• ARRT radiologic technologist registration within 1 year
• IEMA radiologic technologist license or equivalent as required

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures and process patient exams per department protocols.
• Review cases with radiologist and patient history to ensure correct exam.
• Administer IV and oral/rectal contrast as appropriate and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Ensure imaging quality, transfer data to PACS, and support radiologist interpretations.
• Maintain imaging equipment, supply inventories, and safety compliance.
