Los Robles Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Ortho Spine to join our nursing leadership team. The CNC directs patient-centered care on the unit, collaborates with management, and ensures quality outcomes during the designated shift.

Qualifications include CA RN license, BSN preferred, Basic Life Support, and 2 years acute care Med-Surg experience, with leadership or charge nurse experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit.
• Collaborate with managers to foster teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Implement nursing strategies and staff development to improve engagement and performance.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management according to patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and equipment/supplies management.
