Job summary

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes. A sign-on bonus is available for external applicants with a 3-year commitment.

Qualifications

• RN license with IL professional regulation
• BLS within 30 days (AHA)
• Experience in orthopedic or surgical unit is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Performs unit-specific nursing duties and duties relevant to scope of service.
• Implements care plans and nursing interventions.
• Documents care accurately to support the health care team decisions.
• Assesses patients on admission and develops appropriate plans of care.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with unit standards and education requirements.
