Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the 3 South Orthopedics unit at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL. The RN will supervise nursing staff on shift, coordinate patient care, and collaborate with physicians to ensure quality and continuity of care.

Active RN licensure, BLS are required; ACLS, PALS, NRP or TNCC may be required depending on area. This full-time position offers day/evening shifts and a chance to support diverse patient needs in a busy hospital

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on shift and during weekends/holidays.
• Coordinate patient care plans using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to implement patient care.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and documentation standards.
