Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Documents assessments and reports changes to the care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Educates patients and families on care and post-discharge plans.
• Maintains infection control and safety standards.
• Completes audits and chart reviews as required.
