Concentra, Inc in Chatsworth, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to perform evaluations, formulate treatment plans, and ensure all aspects of the plan align with medical protocols. You will coordinate with the Center Therapy Director to manage business and clinical duties.

The role involves direct patient care, accurate documentation, and collaboration with physicians to deliver high-quality therapy services and support patient recovery.

Competenze

• Must have a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and valid state licensure.
• National Registry Examination completion required.
• BLS certification is required.

Mansioni

• Deliver high-quality patient care and evaluate musculoskeletal, neurological, and other physical problems.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in coordination with therapy leadership.
• Document care properly and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
