Concentra, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Phoenix to provide evaluation, plan development and hands-on therapy. You will work with the Therapy Director to align clinical and business objectives, ensuring high-quality patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college/university.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Successful completion of the National Registry Examination.
• Valid BLS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care and evaluations.
• Develop treatment plans and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Coordinate with Therapy Director on business and clinical duties.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with QA policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with staff, physicians and patients.
• Plan and implement physical therapy programs for recovery.
• Educate patients on proper use of supports and exercises.
• Secure prescriptions and work with physicians for service delivery.
