Job summary

Concentra is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, design and implement treatment plans, and coordinate care with the Therapy Director. You will deliver high-quality therapy services and educate patients on exercises and recovery goals.

The role requires state licensure, NRE, and BLS, with opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college/university
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Successful completion of the National Registry Examination
• Valid BLS

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high quality patient care
• Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems
• Coordinate with the Center Therapy Director to perform business and financial duties related to therapy services
• Plan, design, implement and interpret physical therapy treatment programs for patients
• Educate patients in proper care and use of supports and exercise programs
• Work closely with the physician to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care
