Vista Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Little Elm, TX. Join a collaborative team focused on patient care, growth, and support for therapists.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from accredited program.
• CPR certification and state requirements as applicable.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neuro, or geriatric PT preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with various therapies.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, home programs, and prevention.
