Qualifications

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapies.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to ensure coordinated care.
