Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of the private practice.
• Develops, directs and supervises staff; maintains payroll time sheets and training.
• Train front desk on patient interactions, provider communication and diversity.
• Monitor finances: budgets, expenses, and purchases; manage invoices.
• Maintain licenses, DEAs, and credentialing with managed care plans.
• Maintain provider schedules and ensure timely patient access and re-scheduling.
• Coordinate with property managers and vendors for maintenance.
• Support billing and credentialing with timely information.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures of the practice.
