Ochsner Health is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to lead daily operations across the network of clinics in Louisiana. You will partner with clinical leadership to optimize staffing, workflows, and reporting to administration.
The role requires a strong background in healthcare administration, budget management, and staff development, with the ability to travel between facilities and adjust schedules as needed.

This job manages the daily operations of the clinics and provides reports, as necessary, to administration.

Required - High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred -Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration or related field.
Required -High school diploma with7 yearsof related healthcare experience including2 years of supervision or management experience;
OR
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related healthcare experience including 2 years of supervision or management experience;
OR
Master's degree with completion of an Administrative Fellowship Program.
