Penn Medicine is seeking a Clinical Nurse 2 to join our team in Lancaster, PA. The RN will practice as a full partner on the health care team, delivering patient care per nursing process and ANA standards.

The role involves 4 x 10 hour shifts, on-call every third weekend/holiday, and collaboration across disciplines. Qualified candidates possess an RN license in PA, a BSN or higher, completion of a Nurse Residency or 15 months of practice, and AHA BLS CPR within 30 days of hire.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure is required, issued by the PA Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
• Completion of the Nurse Residency Program or more than 15 months of practice.
• CPR Certification - AHA Basic Life Support required within 30 days of hire.
• In good standing with Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal and state health insurance programs.

• Assume responsibility and accountability as defined by ANA standards of nursing practice.
• Provide patient care through the nursing process with accountability for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with interprofessional health care team to coordinate care across the continuum.
