Qualifications

• RN licensure is required (PA Board of Nursing).

• Completion of Nurse Residency Program or more than 15 months of practice required.
• CPR Certification - American Heart Association Basic Life Support required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients using nursing process and coordinates care across disciplines.
• Provides patient education and plans for care across age groups from infant to elderly.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities and adheres to regulatory standards.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Completion of Nurse Residency Program or 15+ months of practice
