Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Supports patient activities including nutrition services, transport, daily hygiene, mobility, and data collection.
• Assists with admission procedures, room preparation, and discharge/transfer preparation.
• Maintains patient safety and comfort according to unit standards.
• Enter pertinent information into the electronic medical record and support clerical duties as needed.
