Job summary

UF Health Jacksonville is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and professional standards. The RN will perform staff nurse duties and may serve as charge nurse when assigned, maintaining accountability for assigned patients.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree with the BSN achieved within three years of hire, with BSN preferred. Possesses a Florida RN license and BLS; ACLS/PALS guided by department.

Qualifications

• Age of Patients Served: All Age Groups.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Florida RN license or eligibility.
• BLS certification required at start; ACLS/PALS as specified by department.
• BSN degree preferred or required within stated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and standards of practice.
• Act as charge nurse when assigned and supervise other staff as needed.
