Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN within 3 years for new hires after 14 June 2017.
• Hires between Aug 1 2013 and Jun 13 2017 must follow offer letter terms.
• Hires prior to Aug 1 2013 are grandfathered.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process and standards of practice.
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.
• Maintain accountability for assigned patients; delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Assign activities to technical staff and ensure patient safety and care continuity.
