Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Ortho Patient Care Unit in Minneapolis, MN. This is a permanent night shift, 0.8 FTE (64 hours per two weeks), 8-hour shifts, with every 4th weekend.

The role involves comprehensive assessment, planning, and coordination of patient care with emphasis on evidence-based practice and teamwork. Required: RN licensure in MN or WI upon hire, Associate's or Vocational degree; BLS certification; ACLS may be required depending on unit.

Qualifications

• RN licensure (MN or WI) upon hire.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross or in-house).
• ACLS may be required depending on the department.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish plan of care and monitor progress.
• Maintains education and competencies to provide high-quality patient care.
