Qualifications

• RN licensure required (Washington State or MLS)
• BSN preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days of hire as required by department
• TNCC, PEARS within 1 year of hire as required by department

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate, and delegate nursing functions across the lifespan
• Utilize the nursing process for care and health teaching
• Function interdependently when executing a medical regimen under a physician
• Collaborate to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
