Job summary

MultiCare Valley Hospital is launching RN Resident/Fellow programs in Spokane Valley for February cohort. This Residency RN - Transition to Practice Program supports new graduate RNs or experienced RNs transitioning to hospital or new specialty areas.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required; ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days as required by department; TNCC/PEARS within 1 year as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Learn to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate, and delegate nursing functions across the lifespan.
• Utilize the nursing process for care and health teaching in promotion/prevention.
• Function interdependently when executing a medical regimen under physician direction.
• Collaborate to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction.
