The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing, an advanced nursing degree is preferred, and an active WA RN license with BLS. The role requires supervisory experience and a track record in clinical excellence within a hospital setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Advanced degree (MSN/PhD/DNP/ARNP) preferred.
• Current RN license in WA (or MLS) required.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a professional or technical role.
• Experience in supervisory or lead capacity preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate activities of patient care personnel in the assigned area.
• Balance administrative and patient care responsibilities with hybrid duties.
• Implement unit methods to improve quality management goals.
• Operate under physician instructions and MHS policies.
