MultiCare Health System, Inc. in Tacoma, WA, seeks a Nurse Manager to lead nursing staff and oversee department operations. You will define standards of patient care, allocate resources, and collaborate with physicians and other disciplines to achieve outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an RN license in Washington, and 5 years of clinical experience with 3 years in supervision. An MSN/DrNP is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS.
• Five (5) years of clinical experience in a professional/technical role.
• Three (3) years of supervisory/lead experience preferred.
