MultiCare Health System in Spokane, WA seeks a Staff RN to join a hospital-based team. This 0.9 FTE, day-shift position offers the chance to apply specialized training in a multidisciplinary setting with opportunities for professional growth.

You will deliver nursing care through the nursing process, advocate for patients from diverse backgrounds, and participate in quality initiatives that improve patient outcomes and experience while supporting a supportive work environment and team

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or MLS.
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certifications as required by facility or department.
• One (1) year of experience in acute care setting preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
